Dear guests, welcome to Leutenberg, a small town in the area of Saalfeld-Rudolstadt, located in the German federate state of Thuringia, the so called "green heart of Germany".

Our redesigned holiday apartment covers the entire ground floor of calm and sunny hillside duplex house in the small town of Leutenberg.

The apartment has a size of approximately 70 m² and provides a bedroom with a large twin bed, a separate bedroom with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and WC as well as a living room including a dining area in the winter garden and an extendible leather sofa, which can be used as an additional bed.

You will live in the top area of a hillside at the edge of the forest with a stunning view over the entire town below. Surrounded by nature you can relax in the garden and enjoy coffee, wine or your daily meals.

We also provide a parking lot at the bottom of the property.

Shopping possibilities like a supermarket, a bakery and a butchery can be easily reached by foot, just as well as restaurants, doctors and the pharmacy.

Several hiking trails can be found right next to the property, waiting for you to explore the surroundings. During summer time we recommend to visit the public swimming pool "Alexandra", located in the Ilmtal valley. If you are keen on a more natural swimming experience, the artificial lake in Hohenwarte (15 km from the apartment) is always the best place to be.
